If you have photoshop grim, which I think you do, DO NOT save jpg files under the "Optimized" or other settings. Save it under Basline "standard" i think its called. I got the same thing. I resaved all the mods i use that have jpgs in them to "Standard" and my game worked fine. Get on aim if your confused or need further help.
