Well, if he truly isnt scared, he should be. I dont think Bush is screwing around, and an attack will certainly come, the sooner the better as far as I am concerned. Saddam has been in power for far too long and his "administration (dictatorship)" needs to be eradicated along with him.
Simply letting in weapons inspectors isnt going to change anything. 1992 - 2002, plenty of time to construct secret labs to develop weapons. I think the Europeans are being completely thick headed in their false hopes of being able to freely get weapons inspectors inside Iraq.

They will once again be fucked around by Saddam and his goons and find nothing. Sure, Saddam welcomes them with open arms but his toes are crossed and he is laughing inside saying "these Western pig dogs are more stupid than I could have imagined".
