Heres the story or what I think  I had the secondary DNS server as GoDaddy's forwarding system and had a 3rd DNS server as our hosts. So the primary went down and then used the next in line which was their forwarding system that was SUPPOSE to forward to the host IP. But their so called service failed leaving everyone with that gay page.

But, now still some people can not hit the domain but most users can. I shoved the secondary DNS server into the second slot which should propogate through by tomarrow fixing the problem. Now my question for rudedog or BS is why can some people hit the primary DNS and some can't?

More then likely, they have the ip address cashed in their host file ( on there system ).

Or there provider has not been updated yet.

Is this DNS server from your provider or are you using one of the free DNS forwarding services.

Free forwarding services are not very reliable thus they go down all the time and can never be counted on.

You may want to go with a paid service. Some are not expensive, like 40-50 per year. I will try and did up some links.

It's been a while since I have used any DNS service other then the one that comes with my web service provider.

Check out this page for dns providers
http://dns.highsynth.com/
I have some better sits just need to find them.

Good luck

FS: I'm not sure, but it seems to be a propagation problem, really. Did you any change to the primary DNS server?

Death: it's curious, but yochoylamuete in spanish means basically IAmDeath (there's some intended ortographical flaws that I'm not able to translate in english), so not a God, but actually a close relative to you

Both of you: I sent some skins to TMT when it was hosted at planetmoh, but they are gone now. Should I send them again? (I have three more skin packs waiting )

Regards

The DNS server is provided by the hosts or our machine but the domain is reg in godaddy. Smithy from MMGN recomended this company and told me to place the primary DNS in 1st slot, use GoDaddy's forwarding system to forward to the host IP in second and the secondary DNS in the thrd.

So I tottaly took the forwarding system our and am just purley relying on the hosts DNS to back me up.

thnx rudedog.
