What is a good program that enables you to talk to other people while playing games like Team Speak and Roger Wilco?

all the clans i play with use teamspeak 2rc2. it has it's bugs (don't know of any talk program that doesn't) but seems to be the best out there and more importantly, the most used.

The guys n' gals I play with all use teamspeak. We really like it.

I've heard Ventrillo is good too, but I've never used it.
