Want to record some gameplay without the compass etc on the screen, is there any mods or commands to disable the hud entirely?

mohaa for dummies allows you to get rid of the hud completely (weapons bar, compass, crosshair, health bar, etc)

if you want it to be like that durring spectate, you'll need someone to tell you how to remove the script saying 'press fire to join' and the text on the bottom middle. should be easy.

it's a 38MB pk3 and i can only upload up to 20MB at a time on my site. i opened the v1 with pakscape but can't find any coding to copy to your whatever file to allow you to simply customize your files.

in game in console type ui_hud 0 ui_hud 1 to turn it back on
