I get that too because I don't know anything about modern American pop-metal.

Maybe you should expand your metal searches... There are some kick ass modern thrash bands that would make Anthrax/Slayer/Kreator/etc proud.[/quote:9b001]

appreciate it but metal started scaring me around the time of crowbar. i fleed with my beloved priest tapes back to old philly soul and r & b soon thereafter. every pic in the mag looked more like the band members were more pissed off at something than rebellious. guess being rebellious is now accepted.
