Don't think this is real.. I know a guy with Tourette's and he is nothing like that. They aren't constantly angry.. they're pretty normal and just completely freak out for like 3 seconds mid-conversation and then go back to being normal.

that guy doesnt have tourettes at all. i have it and its nothing like that, but i dont have a verbal kind, i only have a mild twitch when im nervous. i dont find that site funny at all.
