I have come to the conclusion that the court is not overstepping its boundaries. The parents have been arguing in FL courts for 7 years. The house decided to turn this into a federal court case to see who has the right to decide her fate.

Should it be an abusive husband, or a loving mother that decides this?

Also, what would have happened if the Government hadnt decided on civil rights? After southern states passed alot of segregation laws, people argued over it in State courts. Then, the house decided it should become a National GVT affair. If you think the government has overstepped it boundaries now--do you think the government overstepped its boundaries then???? I say no.

I will say that I think that it should be over. I dont think the family should appeal this case.
