that series really went into decline after mohaa... never quite recovered from spearhead
ANd you just KNOW they went with the title "European Assault" because it abbreviates to "EA"

MoH kinda died...
..still, though, this one still looks kinda cool to me. If it gets above a 90% in reviews, I'll pick it up. Otherwise, I wont bother..
I just spent a whole 40 minutes doing European Assaults "Clipped Wings" contest where you have to find the morse-code throughout the EA pages to determine a city. I solved it, too.

From the reviews its a big improvement over that pos rising sun, i remember they had such big plans for rising sun with a sequel were you played the originals guys brother, that worked out well. biggrin:
Anyway, euro assault (EA eek: ) is better but still nowhere near frontline standards..which imo was pretty overated anyway.

Christ, what happened to them anyways? MOHHA was the climax of it all, then as soon as Spearhead was released, it all died.

What happened was allied assault ws made by a company outside ea, (2015) 2015 wanted more say in the next moh game after allied assault so ea basically said fuck you and started producing pacific assault in house along with spearhead, while breakthrough got outsourced to another company. And since then any ea developed moh game has been pretty average.
