People around the world care about the suffering and would probably like to help the victims but america's position in the world and the decisions they make put foreigners in a tough spot..they want to help but may be so turned off by americas foreign policy that they might not care at all.
fuck our foreign policy , this has nothing to do with iraq or afghanistan or any of that bullshit , i seem to remember we were alread in iraq when the tsumani hit and we still pumped a shitload aid into thailand. everyone is so quick to jump on are " foreign policy" when in fact we give a shitload more aid to needy countries then any other country in the world . the time has come for these recipent countries to pay the proverbal piper , that being the United States of America , and the citizens of new orleans.
