If you can host it yourself please do so. Its generally considered bad manners to link to someone elses ftp (Von Meyer...shame :P).
Right click and choose "save target as..." then upload it to your own host.
If you add it to your sig be sure to add the code so you see the hyperlink of your text and not the whole addy. Net savvy ppl will know its a trick if they see the .SWF.
