You have to factor in girl B emotions. If she was drunk and just thought of this as a party hookup, then you'll look like a stalker asking her to go out and shit. I mean I've been in a smiliar situation, flip flop positions, and a girl I drunk hooked up with called me up the next day talking about being in a relationship oOo: Point is, don't take party hook ups into to too much thought.

Also, if you really like Girl A, don't fuck it all up by trying to date some girl you met once at a party. Also, you'll need to deal damage control with Girl A, becuase more then likely people have told her about you and girl B and your dissapearence mid party.
