Sean Taylor is beast, he's a physical specimen. Joe Gibbs said he's the best athlete he's ever coached (which is saying a lot when you've coached the players that Joe Gibbs has coached). They say Taylor didn't go to the optional preseason workouts but then showed up in required practices later in better shape then most the other players. He is an amazing player and he hits HARD. That being said, he is an idiot for doing stupid shit like he has, but what can you expect, he's from Miami for crying out loud. I just dont think many people will be messing with him in jail considering how beastly he is.

That's why most Miami alumni prefer to do their off season training at Miami. Andrew Swasey is an outstanding strength and conditioning coach and the intensity and difficulty of their workouts is unparalled.

Sean Taylor is a mammoth of a safety, and excellant one at that. I still can't believe he didn't win the Thorpe two years ago but at least a Sooner won it (Derrick Strait).
