Dude i think its a pull shift, like 6 sticks and you just pull down on the gear you want to go in. Like some older muscle cars use to have, omg i cant believe I canot think of the name, Arkan or one of the older guys is going to have to give me a hand here

Um yeah, They use this is F1 and indy as well. Hes not actually "shifting" like you do in your car. All he has to do is tap the stick up or down and the car shifts automaticly. Exactally what the link says, but i know some of you wont click it.
