I forgot where I read it. Has to be in Bruma or Imperial City though. I dont think I had traveled to any of the other cities before then. Maybe its in Cheydenhill in the Abandoned House (theres a purple book upstairs in the first room).

I took screens of all the pages though and will up them when I get home.

Alot of those books have some good information in them - and are just a good read. The Wolf Queen especially - what a bitch.
