how do i make a skin pak

yes im pretty sure i know how but i dont wanna go screwin around with things and mess up the server.. so i want to assure myself i was right...

i assume all u do is extract the pk3's of the skins u want to put in ur pak and start a new folder and jus keep cutting and pasteing into it then make ur own pk3 of it.. correct?

If you already know how to make a skin, and add it to a .PK3, all you need to do is make duplicate skins. Just rename all of the files so that no two are alike.

i dont know how to make skins.. i jus wanna make a skin pak for our server for peeps to download so they have all the skins the server is running

Just put the .pk3 file of all the skins you want into a single .zip file.
