Default New Palm Trees discovered - 09-07-2002, 12:33 PM

They aren't exactly new, but they never worked until now. They are called, from left to right; tallyacca, smallyacca, and shortpalm. All of them move in the wind except the tall yacca.

To get them working for you I have put the files in a zipped pk3 and you can download it here: [url:94439]http://www.intplsrv.net/tltrude/Temp/User-palms.zip[/url:94439] .

Of course if you wish to put them in a mod, you'll need to extract the files from my pk3 and move them to yours. I did this by copying the squatpalm lod and sk* files and changing the names for the new palms. Those files are missing in everyones game, until now.

Nice!!!

Unfortunately some weeks too late to include it into my DesertBase. Though all trees can be accessed with Radiant, EXCEPT the shortpalm! Ever wanted to know how it looks like!

crizz you made desert base? i gotta say, that's the best user-made map out there. good job! excellent fps, beautiful architecture, lots of little nuances lacking in most maps.
