i try to wake myself up 3 quarters worth through my sleep so that i have vivid dreams when i pass back out. it usually works, as i remember all my dreams. most of them are just vivid adventures but alot of them hold alot of symbolism behind them too and are reflective of what's going on in my life. i think it's always interesting. i also have reoccuring dream environments, such as my old house in michigan. alot of my dreams take place there.
i can usually realize i'm dreaming but i don't have as much control as someone that would be lucid dreaming. i know that there aren't any consequences to my actions, so i usually try and do things that wouldn't be acceptable in real life (RAPEE).
