I'll reserve judgment for the time being...I can't find any credible sources (BBC, CNN, MSNBC, Fox, etc.) that make any mention about this. The only thing I found was on BBC business about China-US talks on making the currency more flexible to help aid the trade gap.
If this is true, it will be a crushing blow to the US.

Thats all you need to know. It has ZILCH to do with China having a stronger economy or George Bush or any other such nonsense you hear on the web - and EVERYTHING to do with China creating a system where its impossible for American business to NOT base operations there.
Sorry Pyro - but this isnt the end of the US. Maybe sometime in your life you whining little ponce - but not today.

lol...the end of the US means Canada has to go back to gettign tight nit with the next superpower...too much work...
and my comments about the war...well...if china does this...and USA attacks them...is china the bad one? Just cuz they did something ya'll didn't like?
And from what I understand, much of the current economic situation between the US and China is a result of the way they have fixed their currency to give them an edge.

not directly though. To my knowledge, there has never been a war over straight up money, maybe indirectly through interests and land, etc... but not just over money.
I'm not sure this will actually happen because China heavily depends on us for their own economy.
