Because they do, oddly enough. Why do some people use pounds and others use kilos? Why do some people measure height in feet and inches, some use inches only, others use metres. A few different methods that people use depending where in the world you go.

My measurements are totally fucked, I measure speed in mph, length in CM & M & weight in KG oOo: I think it's kus all the older people here use imperial & all the younger generation use metric so old cars are mph but rulers are in cm. rolleyes:
