Looks like it might be Quake 3, seeing as though it's free. We don't wanna run into legal problems here at the office.

Downloaded it at home last night and it's relatively fun. Mindless and dumb, and runs like a champ on max settings.

Tribes would be the best choice...but you need a shitload of people

I only knew because I've watched the 2nd season straight through about 3 or 4 times now and have been trying to acquire a non-shit quality, non-streaming copy of the 3rd season since the first watch of the 2nd season.

There's a modern warfare mod for Return to Castle Wolfenstien Enemy Territory (both the game and the mod are free) that's fairly fun. Can't remember what the name of the mod is but it shouldn't be to hard to find. It runs well on lower end systems too, might be worth a try.
