[The Plague of Death]

is there any way i can get a read-me? I try to install (extract) but in the global folder, it has a scr file, which my computer reads as a screensaver file. What do i need to do? Also, is there a list of commands you can use in game for these mods, cause if there are i for one dont know what they are.
