Well to the notion that people won't join because many of the people here have high post counts...me being the champ and all that...

All we need to is reset everyones post count to 0...and make all of our join dates to be the opening of the site...and then people won't even know we were a community before and shit

Id like the idea of a general forum...but aren't those harder to attract members due to the fact many of them exist?

it will be easier for them if the interest are more broad and general, instead of just specific games. i know a lot of us would appreciate a music forum, or a cinema forum. a sports forum i'm sure would get it's fair share of attention, etc. if you can't relate to any of those then you're not a human being.
