Version 1.11 and I don't have an alternate gamespy choice.

I understand that when you have ver. 1.11, you're not supposed to have to use gamespy. I went into the multiplayer room and I dont see any internet options other than launching gamespy. I would like to know what I'm doing wrong.
Can anyone offer any advice?
And yes, my game shows ver 1.11 on the top of the screen.

go into the multiplayer room .. then the door / join game .. join internet game .. then browse servers and it will pull up a list of servers

When I go into that room, all I have to choose from is "launch gamespy", and "connect to ip address". Thats it. ????????

OK, to be completly honest, you might be doing what I did. I looked too quick, and for about a minute, I couldn't find the in-game browser.

When you choose to join a game and see connect to an IP or connect with gamespy, there's a box above that you can click called "Join Internet Game" I think. It's above the two. I really didn't notice it at first either.
