LOL you know a friend of mine just graduated with his "Crim J" degree and then tried to get a job with the Portland PD......He had the job...until they made him run....he made it sound real tough.....1.5miles in 13min!!!! my god im going to bust his balls hard next time I see him!!!

The car out front may make criminals think twice about doing something in the neighborhood, and cuts cost on vehicle maintenance. Considering we got hit with a $1 Mil budget cut, it may help the cost factor to the city. Go figure, we get $1 mil less a year, we have 2 casino's and the city is not in debt!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, we are saposed to open a new sub-station this spring........wonder who is paying for it??? And they goofed up when they built the new firehouse last summer. They built it on the far out skirts of the town border where no one lives!!! Maybe Cityhall's officals are a couple of fries short of a Happy Meal?
