Awesome job, where did you learn to make that. do you have a web page or something with instructions, I want a medic one for XP also, not a military one but just a regular medic one.

That boot screen looks great! Much better than the standard XP boot screen.

Oh, could someone PM me with some url's to a few good Windows XP help sites or forums?

yeah, Minefield, how exactly do you mod the boot screen? Or the Logon/Profile screen for that matter? can someone direct me to a tutorial site, or tell me what to edit, or something?

I found a good site, and the bootxp download program works, it's pretty cool... http://www.bootxp.net/ give it a shot

all the startup screens are, are bitmap files named "logo.sys" just open them and edit them. too easy, hard part is makin them look good.

could delete the aforementioned file. probly just have a blank screen, best bet would be to open the file and just color it black though, since it may cause problems by removing it.
