I'd like to have a sig, and to save myself the embarressment of going through the newby stages, i was wondering if someone here culd put something together for me, while i tinker with PSP and photoshop.

I'm looking for something simple, eery, i dont want a bunch of clutter photos and such. my name is not evileyes, but rather evilyves (a common mistake) I'm looking to get the same feeling as when I look at this picture, if it is at all possible.
