Well I just ate a bigass salad, Baked Lays, and a water. I'm not really full but not hungry at the same time I guess it will take some time to adjust to.

Wtf is with the whole Diet Revolution?
I know Im seeming a little "Look at me! Im a success story!"-ish by saying this, but when I lost 30 pounds, I didnt work out at all - I just stopped snacking between meals (unless it was an apple or something) and ate generally healthier food...iced tea instead of soda, chicken instead of beef, mustard instead of mayo. I never ran miles at a time or anything - all these diets you see on TV are stupid work-arounds for actually eating healthier and excersizing more. Just eat healthier...I didnt really make myself do any excersize because I already get enough, atleast I think so.

looooo, i was thinking the same thing.
I'm not dieting, i should probably not even do this considering i'm a skinny kid in the first place. However, I always am up for a challenge.
