you're pretty much in the same rut as me, except the weight part ^_^

but, I can recommend you drinking protein shakes with every meal to gain weight.

guaranteed heart failure too. if you wanna gain weight, eat lots of pasta and meats, then lay down in bed and don't do shit. you'll gain quickly.

Short Hand, I would be careful with the creatine, I've read that all the mass you get from it wears off once you stop using it

Thats not true, while you are using creatine you retain water, and when you come off of it the actual muscle mass you gain stays there and all the excess water leaves your system.

But I read it was just water retention in the muscle that increased it's size and that stopped whenever you stopped taking it.

Yeah but you gain actual mass along with that and like I said before the water leaves your system and the muscle mass stays. Creatine makes you look bigger than you are while your taking it.
