Yes. I mean, unless you got brown chunks stuck in between the blades and refuse to wash it off with hot water - whats the big deal. Now if you used a toothbrush to brush out your asshole and then brushed your teeth - yea, you have issues.

C'mon man....you have to trim all your shit. If you're scared of a razor, then buzz it real short with a clipper. That way, you won't cut yourself and you won't itch.
