me relaxing for the first time in a few weeks.

Our company IT group had a golf tournament where each dept in IT had to design and make its own miniature golf hole. The tournament was yesterday and was loads of fun, but the prep work and the stress of getting everything together was enormous. Our department (Telecommunications) decided to go wtih a Star Wars themed hole and our lead made me project manager of one of the themes (3 for our group). I decided to pick the scene in episode IV where the stormtroopers fight the rebels in the hallway of Princess Leia's ship. The other two themes were the Mos Eisely Cantina and a room fixed to look like space.
We had all agreed on a star wars theme and so some of us wanted to dress up as characters. I picked Boba Fett and my partner picked Princess Leia. She lives fairly close to me, so she and her fiancee helped me build the set over the past two weekends, the last of which while I had a cold/flu. I was going to make a project/construciton thread on this forum, but i did not have the time to host pics and detail all of the progress. We took alot of pics yesterday and I will host them when we have collected all of them because i think we did a really good job and we are prolly going to win the design contest. I bought some armor and a gun kit off ebay and got some cool tips from

Anyways, Im glad that its over and now i can relax and listen to some tunes and maybe play some MOH.
