Looks like a British Comet" Funny very few entered service late in the war.. a combat picture is also extremely rare as well. It was the only British/American tank even remotely capable of standing up against the Panzer IV.

Pretty sure it's just a disabled IV variant. Have a feeling I'm wrong.

He shouldnt have his barrel on the ground like that, when ive been shooting ive been told strictly not to put the barrel anywhere near the ground, cause of all the crap can cause problems when firing the weapon (if dust/ crap gets lodged in the barrel).


Does this apply for all weapons?

looks like you are right, the track - busted on one side, and the mg = opposite side of the comet. It is funny how much they resemble each other though.
