Default Changing mod files - help - 11-02-2002, 11:15 PM

G'day guys,

im in a bit of a problem where i accidently tried to open a mod file with a MS Word document file and now all o my mod iles are listed as MSWORD files. I don't know how to change it back to what ever It origionally was. I've tried the "open with" option but the files that were listed didnt match up to what it origionally was and now even when I try to re-install the file again from winZip it still states that the file is a MSWord doument - therefore making the file un readable
Do you reakon anyone knows how to change the file types bacl to what they origionally were?
Thanks guys I really apreciate it.
Sim

I'm assuming that you don't have the 'hide extensions of known file types' unchecked eh?
If you're running winxp just right click on any of the files and click on click on properties...you'll see a line that says 'Opens with: MSWord' with a button to the right that says change.
