Default Scopes and weapons - 01-09-2003, 08:22 PM

I remember a mod that I installed, that seriously mucked up all my weapons, making my pistol shoot what to me looked like rockets, but to everyone else, was normal, and gave my MG non-reloadable ammo.

I remember right clicking with my MG, to see it zoom in, like my beloved sniper rifle, and was wondering...

Is it at all possible to add a scope to the gewehrgranate?

Any answer on this would greatly help, and any recommendation to a pre-made mod, or anything that could help me make my own, would be greatly appreciated.

how could it be consided not cheating the soldiers would not have bee able to scope it so why should you have a mod to scope it you want a rifle with a scope use a snip0er rifle, either that or learn to aim with your normal cross hair

Lmao, that was a server side mod. That is not possible client side for many reasons, the main reason is that weapons and controlled by the server.
lmfao thanks you gave me a good laugh

It's not cheating, since any mods that affect weapons (firepower, rate of fire, accuracy, secondary fire...) are all decided by the server. This means that you can have whatever mods you want on your computer to change that stuff, but unless the server has those mods too, you'll have the default characteristics.

And, uh, using a weapon skin only when people are cheating is just stupid. You think the skin is going to punish them, or give you an advantage too? Your gun won't fire faster or be more accurate or whatever...
