Default PC Barebones for sale, read! - 04-07-2003, 01:14 PM

As some of you may know, I have recently upgraded my PC. So, I have a bunch of spare parts left over, that I'm looking to sell off. Most important, I have a barebones system I'm willing to put up to anyone here, before I go ahead and host it on Ebay. Here's what I have to offer:

-Intel Pentium 4 1.5Ghz, Socket 423 W/ Heatsink
-Asus P4T Motherboard, RDRAM, AGP4X, Socket 423
-512MB (4 sticks of 128MB) of PC-800 RDRAM, ECC W/ Heat plates
-Black Antec "Alienware" Full Tower Case ( AS SEEN HERE )
-350W ATX Power Supply
-4 80mm Case fans, low noise, dual ball bearing
-2 80mm Case fan wire-mesh dust screens
-4 3-to-4 pin wire adapters (Makes a 3-pin fan usable with a 12V 4-pin Power Supply plug.)

Plus, if you buy, I'll give you any spare parts you want that I have left over in my posession if you want them. To include, I have a Hub, Ethernet cables, Audio / Video cables, Heatsinks/fans, wire wraps/looms, zip ties, etc. . .

Final cost? $350 FOLKS! A great deal, and if you want I will post screenshots. I can also host this on Ebay if you want another good feedback for your account. Thanks!

Well, I was really trying to sell them as a package, and if I needed to sell off anything seperate, it would be the Case and power supply, from the CPU, RAM, and Mobo. But, I guess if I get no buyers I can sell the RAM.

25 bucks a stick, so 50 for 256MB.

Akuma, it's defineatly worth the price. I had for about a year, and with my GF4 Ti 4600, I get a good 65FPS each map. Jedi Outcast runs 210FPS on 1280X1024, and I got about 8900 on the 3D benchmarks. It's a great system, I can play any game out to date on it, so it's defineatly a good upgrade for anyone with say, less than 1.3Ghz on their machine.

It's basically what I have now (except I have 256 RAM, shortly to be 512) and like Joe said it will run just about any game fine.

PS. sorry but I am going to buy RAM directly from Dell, sure it costs more but they have my service tag, so if they tell me to buy the wrong RAM I can string them up.

D00d, this would be great for someone like you. Then all you need is a video card, sound, and use your existing HD, Floppy, and CD.

I might be adding a Hard Drive, not sure yet, though.
