Couldn't load default.cfg

This is all im getting but i know you can do it for me i just know it,
Do i how close is that, but how do i get it to read the default cfg,where should this file be can i grab it and put it in if so. How! or will it be easier than that could you let me know guys, "Onward to Triumph". TheDon.
