For all those newbies (and as I scan these forums there seems to be an ever increasing number), Fake Clients are Bots.

I think this game rocks. The AI is the best Ive seen. I was just a little disappointed that bot support wasnt included for multiplayer. Furthermore, since the Q3 engine includes written support for bots in the code, I'm even more surprised to find no bots.

Also, this game code appears to be much easier to include bot support for, because of multiple enemies on both teams (rather than just one player against the AI. The framework for the code appears to be all there.

So does anyone here know whether there is a plan to add bot support in an upcoming patch or something. If not, when the source code becomes available, I would be interested in working on a bot for this fine game.
