Home - would that do what Im looking for?

Basically I need a home-proxy thingy - and I guess theres like a way to set it up on your computer (im sure you need webspace) as Im sick of having WEBSENSE stymie my porn-looking habits. . .

Thats not going to work - this needs to be WEB BASED, not something that has to be tinkered with in settings at my place of employ as all that shit is locked down.
