not probably completely. The guys career got fucked becuase of an accident. And his life was put at risk when the video was released to the public. This gu8y has every right to sue and a very valid reason.

the internet is merciless

he shouldnt have been such a fuckin moron about his gun tho, esp when he was talking about how qualified he was to have it...either way, he shouldnt sue for mishandling government property in front of a class of children

He has ALREADY payed for the mistake. He has ruined his career. He does not need it to continue by having the video leaked onto the internet. Yes he was a tool for doing it in the first place. However releasing it has probably ruined his life! He has every right to sue.
