How do I send a mod?

I have a couple of mods to submit - one is 8.?MB and the other is tiny- where do I submit them? will the 8MB one get bounced due to its size?

I have no idea how you would send a 8MB file unless you upload it to a site then just send the url.

same email address just make sure you tell them that the mod is too big to send by email and they can download it on that site.
