this arguement has been going on and on about eliminating the word "nOOb" from this forum for ages . most people here welcome new people interested in the game with their questions . but unfortunately there is still a certain amount that dont take kindly to newcomers and treat them like they just arrived in c-block at the state correctional facility . some treat them too kindly so they can use them as sexslaves and some just try and rip them a new ashole like in the shower when they drop their soap . so it will be inevitable .

quote:
As for more respect for developers at AA.Com. I've seen more disrespectfull posts around here then at AA.NET. Again bullshit.

thats a touchy subject , i'm not even going to go there . i've only seen a very small and i mean Very small amount of people being disrespectful to 2015 . and those that were , were held in comtempt . sure there were people arguing with each other alot here but in no way was there outright overwhelming disrespect towards the developers . i dont visit your forum everyday so i couldnt compare the two sides . but once again K-K3r said his appology and u should take light that it was just One person on this forum expressing his thoughts about Your forum , thats it . so in ending i would appologize for K-K3r calling your forum users "nOObs" , but then again i would have to go follow him around and appologize for everytime he calls someone else "nOOb" in the future , which is too hard to do now .

edit: granted there's the occational flirt with the word "warez" here which i consider disrespect , but i guess i'm the only one .

Speaking of "Forum vets", I remember back in February when the only posters I'd see posting were, BadScript, CandyStrew, and a couple of others. Where are they now? Also Solidus or something like that. Come back, I feel so lonely.

All i was saying is that ive seen comments made by guys on AA.net disrespecting 2015....and i think only one person has ever done it here and they were nearly banned....and of course not evrryone is a "n00b" on aa.net, im just saying that some of the guys are new to the whole 'community'....and 2015 has only appeared in the AA.net chat once maze, and it was with AA.com ppl. but like jerry said lets just leave this whole thing alone.

I'm not 'pretty much' a forums n00b, ive been here for a long time, even before i had this account, and ive followed MOHAA since about February when there were only like 4 or 5 screenshots.....what i mean about the AA.net ppl being n00bs is that most of them have been around the AA community for a month or less and know little about the game and often make stupid comments (sometimes in regards to 2015 and EA being "bitches") and make stupid assumtions....whereas the AA.com ppl (can be bitchy at times of course) but know more about the game basically because we have the developers come and talk to us and answer questions....and because of that i think we have more respect for the developers and stuff....but if i hear the word n00b anymore times im probably gunna puke so i dont even want to talk about this anymore, im sorry if ive offended anyone im going to keep my mouth shut.

[/B]

Great assumptions there Kraut. Just because AA.Com has developers come in and post doesn't mean you know more. That's bullshit.

I've been around the MoH:AA Community ever since Bone Smuggler posted the first pics on the DF3.NET boards back in 2000. Just because AA.NET started in July this year and doesn't have developers on our boards (but in our Chatrooms) mean we have less knowledge of the game.

As for more respect for developers at AA.Com. I've seen more disrespectfull posts around here then at AA.NET. Again bullshit.

By the way, isn't a forum meant to help people that are new to MoH:AA?

Maze, what you have to realize is that some people make forums their lives. So it's where they "belong". Anyhow, i'm over this subject. Let's not argue anymore. It gets nowhere.

I started my web site and joined these forums with out really knowing the game, I think that was not to long ago, now i know lots

The community is still very small tho. It will grow big around the time of the games release, then we will get a rush of new ppl's
