Wow I can't believe the japanese are so obsessed with this. Anyways for all of you who don't know, there is a lot of xrated animation and japanese anime. I saw about 10 years ago a Japanese anime video (kinda like Akirra) called "Legend of the Overfiend" its a 10 tape japanese xrated anime about demons:

Needless to say this stuff is quite disturbing, when I was in college I saw one of the videos and its brutal, i personally didn't find it that appealing, but apparently a whole japanese fetish has taken off from this series.

That story about the german guys is about as disturbing as "Legend of the overfiend" videos.

on tv awhile ago, this show talked about this other guy, he would have sex with his gay friends then fill their head with acid, cut off thier penis, leave them out to dry and then make a necklace full of dryed penises.
