Most religions beleive that time on earth is a test, not the reward, and that God takes a hands off approach.

Without bad, there can be no good. If there were no starving in africa, or war, or violence, what would be bad? Would not getting a new game for your birhtday now be a tragedy? Would they have telethons to set it right? Good and bad is all relative.

I believe in a creational force.
I believe in spiritual evolution.
Therefore, I believe in reincarnation.

I don't, however, believe in any religious/earthly God: such image of a being
capable of creating a Universe is laughable at best.

I don't think our lives are determined from the outset but I think we have a
specific lesson to learn in every physical incarnation: there might very well be
a mechanism in place to ensure that people don't stray too much from what
it is they must accomplish but again, you have the freedom of choice to go
to class or not.
