I hate it when the guy that does the skins gets lazy and just puts flat clothes on the character. There is no dimensional outline from the clothes and the skin, its just flat. They should make more skins like from MOHAA where all the clothes stick out and have feel. Skins i hated the most are from SOF2. Even half life puts more effort into their skins.

Ugh...now I see what you mean. You just ruined that one for me. I just finished the game. Its solid entertainment, but it more a showcase for the engine than a serious single player experience. I just got a 21" monitor, it looks incredible with this game.

It is a resource hog. It likes a lot of ram, and I mean lots, over half a gig. I have also heard that it is optimized for 1024x768. I only lost about 3 fps by bumping up from 800x600. UT2K3 is much the same.

i get some hiccups in Unreal 2 with a 2200 and 512 DDR its amazing lol, damn unreal engine. But the assault rifle sound needs to be beefed up ALOT, i wanna hear its raw power. And i wanna see a starship troopers mod biggrin:

I had maybe three unsmooth spots in the whole game, and I have the same as you with a ti4200. I am going to double my ram next, I think. Games are just demanding it now and ram is getting cheap again.

Might have to get some more ram myself, i got a GF3TI500 vid card its 64 MBs which isnt bad, runs games really good, but i dunno gamesa re getting demanding now eek:
