Just tired it (empty at this time of course) and it runs at 95-106 ping, with one spike in 5 minutes which is good, seeing as I live in the UK.

I'll try to pop by when it's a bit more busy.

Oh, btw, what does the City Nights mod modify?

Never seen it before (or at least I don't recall it).
