probably just a program like fx scanner just scanning millions of ports trying to find access or a weak network to take advantage of. This means even if it did break through, he would say fuck it i just got into someone's pc. You could just be a panzy about it and report it to his isp but why waste your fucking time ? All they will do is give him a warning and shit all will be done. Just forget about it all.
