and final... just fine win2k somewhere... oh, and why the hell are you paying someone else to build it for you? do it yourself!!! its much more fun and i guarantee it will run 20 times better.

BTW - I know about computers, but I dont trust myself when putting it together... hes doing it for free and thought, why the hell not? Im getting it buit for free and I dont have to worry about breaking the damn thing

I'm not sure what the hell is wrong with you guys. If any of you had the extensive expiernce as me yall would know that Win ME is better in everyway then Win 2000 or Win 98SE. First off yes, windows 2000 doesn't lock up as much WinME or WinSE.... But when it does lock up it's a hell of a much lower chance of surviving it. WinME is much more forgiving on the other hand. Even if it locks up a lot it can still can be fixed if you how to handle that kind of stuff and if you don't then you can find somebody that does.
