If you watch the video over a few times, isn't it apparent that the car that rolled on top of the guy had the right of way? And if so, do you think the pedestrian would've came close to being hit by it if it never hit the other car?
The guy should've been running across the road in the first place because it looks as if he was crossing against the light.
...i dunno, thats what i see in the video. Poor guy anyway.

chances of this actually occuring are rare.
Also, look to the right, you see the white car behind the grey car. it keeps itching forward. Normally, as i would do, if there was a car crash right in front of me i'd stop my car, and not continue pulling forward. That's just me though.
Seems alittle far fetched to be real, but if it is ouchie
