using pen tool is a waste of time.

drawn out in photoshop with the pen tool by creating shapes and manipulating them. illustrator lets u cut the workload severly, and quality is worth the time installing it. you dont have to worry about shapes or lines becoming pixelated (in the pic ull notice some on the nose, hair strands, basically everywhere if u look close enough.)
