i dont know if it gets u drunk that fast, but i heard it gets u pretty fucked up pretty fast. ive never done it im not 21 so i cant go to bars and test it out, but i saw a thing on tv about it, they say the advantage of vapor liquor is that u can still get as drunk as u want but without the hangover and the beer belly from chugging 20 beers.
